A small alley way in downtown Monroe home to apartments with boarded up windows...It is suspected vampires make their homes here, hence the nickname given.

Detroit, MI 48201 Opened in 1925, it was recently renovated in 2007. Walking into this building it gives a reminder of the opera houses in france.
